Local Area

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and enjoys an elevated sea view.

The apartment has its own facilities which include a large communal swimming pool, children's play area, under cover parking space, lift and communal tennis court.

Within close proximity is La Frontera Café, located by the beach, which serves a typical Andalucian lunch and where many of the locals choose to dine. In addition there is a tapas bar where you can enjoy a variety of Spanish food & snacks. There is also a chiringuito beach café which is open during the summer months where you can purchase drinks, ice cream and snacks whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea.

This apartment is ideal for those seeking a peaceful setting.

The pretty coastal village of El Pozo del Esparto is situated close to the border of the Andalusian province of Almería. The area is well-known for its fabulous family-friendly beaches, which gently shelve down into the warm waters of the Mediterranean sea. This little village has retained its old Andalusian charm and is an excellent destination for families and couples looking for a relaxing beach holiday.

The Costa de Almería is home to the magnificent Cabo de Gata Natural Maritime Park, which can be reached easily by car. For the family there is an aqua park 15 minutes away from the village, a western theme park, situated in the inland desert village of Tabernas.

With an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, the Almería province has arguably one of the best climates in Spain and is an ideal all year round location.

Getting Here

We recommend you have a car available during your holiday as the local transport buses only run 4 times per day.  However if you prefer not to drive, we can arrange transport, please ask.

Perfect hosts who gave us all the help we needed! Nice place with all (and more) that we needed! Just the place to relax! Good beaches towards Aguilas, and good shopping in San Juan.
 
 


Enquiries

Reservations can be secured by payment of a 25% deposit, the final balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival. There will also be a security deposit of 200 € payable when you receive the keys to house & returned at the end of your holiday, subject to no damage.
