Walk or swim along the best beaches 500 meters walk from the apartment.
In a radius of 1 km, you will find all the establishments such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and weekly market on Sundays (with fruits, vegetables and other items).

Relax on this marvellous terrace, close to the beach but in a quiet area.





The space



Apartamento renovado in San Juan de los Terreros (Pulpi-Almeria).
Located on the second floor of the residential building without an elevator, it consists of three bedrooms, kitchen with American bar connected to the dining room, laundry room, bathroom, 30m2 terrace with awning and huge private solarium on the top of the house.

There are two bedrooms with two single beds each, one has a built-in closet and the other a small closet.
Master bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
All have air conditioning, ceiling fans and exterior orientation.

Kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, smoke extractor, dishwasher, toaster and filter coffee maker.
The laundry room has a washing pile, washing machine, iron, iron and folding clothes rack.

The bathroom has outside ventilation, bathtub, bidé, WC y lavabo.

The dining room consists of two rooms; table with chairs and two sofas with small table to watch TV.
In this room there is air conditioning and two fans on the ceiling.

Terrace with awning, has a table and chairs to enjoy your stay.
There are sun loungers, which can be placed on this terrace or on the solarium located at the top, which is accessed by stairs from the terrace and from which you will have better views yet.

Parking space uncovered in the private enclosure of the development. The dwelling is assigned a parking spot, visible from the terrace.

The whole place is available. It is part of a gated development within which there is a promenade with gardens to access the housing of the development. The pool enclosure (available from June to September), consists of an area with grass and several umbrellas, swimming pool for adults, children's pool and an annex building with toilets and medicine cabinet.

Local Area

San Juan de los Terreros is a small town with bars, restaurant, supermarkets, small shops & a market on Sunday mornings. It also has some of the best 'family friendly' beaches in the area.

The large town of Águilas is nearby with its plaza,  harbour, shopping centre & other facilities. Also the town square is an ideal place to relax & enjoy a drink and tapas.

The Aguilon Golf course, which was opened in 2008, is only 8km from the house. In addition there are several other golf courses within one hour drive of the house. If you require more information, please ask.

The house & resort offer a base for your holiday close to golden sandy beaches, bars & restaurants or if you wish to venture further, the towns of Águilas, Vera, Garrucha & Mojácar are within easy reach.

Getting Here

We recommend you have a car available during your holiday as the local transport buses only run 4 times per day.

If you do not wish to drive we can arrange transport, please ask.

4. -  very nice property with good quality equipment throughout including sun loungers, bbq and enormous outside dining table. Lovely decor and well maintained. Only shortfall is lack of UK tv channels and wi-Fi

 4. -  thorough , speedy and competent. Ability to provide taxi service to local airports is a real bonus. Additional charge for paying into UK bank is a little excessive

Terreros as a holiday resort?  1 2 3 4 5

4. - Good, clean resort with several options for eating out on your door step. Local supermarket is excellent , within walking distance and very competitively priced.

Beaches are superb and particularly quiet out of season.

Resort is more focused on Spanish community and facilities at most restaurants for babies and young children is limited.

Month & year of holiday & any comments;

16 day break during April 2017. Resort does get busy during July / August but rest of year is very relaxing. 

Whole of resort is walkable but car hire essential if you want to go further afield

Reservations can be secured by payment of a 20% deposit, the final balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival. There will also be a security deposit of 200 € payable when you receive the keys to house & returned at the end of your holiday, subject to no damage.
