A short introduction of the ccompany

AlmeriaSol was started in 2008.

English, German and French, and a litle Spanish

Currently we manage 50 properties, half of those rented out as holiday homes, when the owners do not wish to use the property themselves, thus giving them an income which pays for the running costs of their property.

We offer all services which you would expect from a management and rental agency and anything we cannot complete ourselves, we engage local professionals.

We hope that we can give you a memorable experience with us here in San Juan de los Terreros both as a property owner as well as guest in one of our rental properties. ‘Come as a guest leave as a friend’ is our motto.
