The close by village of San Juan de los Terreros also has some of the best 'family friendly' beaches in the area & a market on Sunday mornings.
The large town of Águilas is nearby with its plaza, harbour, shopping centre & other facilities. Also the town square is an ideal place to relax & enjoy a drink and tapas.
The Aguilon Golf course, which was opened in 2008, is only 8km from the house. In addition there are several other golf courses within one hour drive of the house. If you require more information, please ask.
The apartment & resort offer a base for your holiday close to golden sandy beaches, bars & restaurants or if you wish to venture further, the towns of San Juan de los Terreros, Águilas, Vera, Garrucha & Mojácar are within easy reach.
We recommend you have a car available during your holiday as the local transport buses only run 4 times per day.
A bicycle is available for the guests’ use free of charge.

Towels and bed linen are not included in the price. They are available to hire at 20 € per person or you can supply your own. If you wish to hire baby equipment, for example a travel cot or a high chair, this can be hired at 3,5 € per item, per night.
The apartment accommodates 4 people.
A discount for a longtime rental (a month and over) is 20%.
In the event that you arrive at your accommodation after 22.00 there will be a late checking fee of 30 € payable when you receive the keys.
There is an allowance of 80 units per week to cover the cost of electricity. However if this amount is exceeded during the holiday week there will be an additional charge of €0.30 per unit, the cost of the additional units will be deducted from the security deposit.
Water - 2,5 m3 per week is included in the price, any additional amount used is charged at Euro 2 / m3.
Availability
Reservations can be secured by payment of a 25% deposit, the final balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival. There will also be a security deposit of 200 € payable when you receive the keys to the house & returned at the end of your holiday, subject to no damage.

Great location and perfect management
We went for a short trip with friends. If you are looking for a quiet place by the beach this is the place to go. All amenities close by. Excellent apartment, very clean and comfy. The agency was very helpful with tips around the area. We also recommend to order a Spanish paella at the restaurant on the beach.

Fantastic three days
Cozy apartment located a 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, the area is perfect for spend time at the beach or do some exercise like walking, running. We loved the restaurant at the beach and the pool!
