Local Area
San Juan de los Terreros is a small town with bars, restaurant, supermarkets, small shops & a market on Sunday mornings. It also has some of the best 'family friendly' beaches in the area.
The large town of Águilas is nearby with its plaza, harbour, shopping centre & other facilities. Also the town square is an ideal place to relax & enjoy a drink and tapas.
The Aguilon Golf course, which was opened in 2008, is only 8km from the house. In addition there are several other golf courses within one hours drive of the house. If you require more information, please ask.
The house & resort offer a base for your holiday close to golden sandy beaches, bars & restaurants or if you wish to venture further, the towns of Águilas, Vera, Garrucha & Mojácar are within easy reach.
We recommend you have a car available during your holiday as the local transport buses only run 4 times per day.

Casa Zorro, Calas Pinar, San Juan De Los Terreros
1st time staying in this particular rental but the 6th time to San Juan complex and this house is the most comfortable by far. An added bonus is the Wifi and English TV which is a rarity in these rentals and certainly helps keep the teenagers occupied. Villa is 5 mins walk to main paseo with all the restaurants and beach facilities you need. Swimming pool just around the corner (1 min walk) with plenty of shade provided with umbrellas by the side. Property had everything we needed for a family stay and the sunbeds in particular were really comfortable ( having stayed in other villas via other agencies in previous yrs with sunbeds tied together with string this was a luxury !) This was our 1st time renting with Dominic and Jane and can't see it being the last ! San Juan is a lovely town to visit with lots of attractions to see by car. We had a disappointing meal at the new restaurant at the castle but other than that you cant go wrong staying in this villa in this town - you wont be disappointed for sure ! Casa Zorro is perfect for families.

If you are looking for a holiday house in San Juan de los Terreros then look no further. This house was well appointed, nicely decorated and had a great shared pool a mere stones throw away. The beaches are a ten minute walk away, as are the bars, restaurants and ice cream parlour. Dominic the owner couldn't have been more helpful, even allowing us a late check out. All in all a lovely vacation. We will be back!!!

Just wow! Stunning house, everything you could ever want in a holiday. As a cook, the kitchen was the best equipped of any kitchen. Better than home ! The beds so comfortable I slept like a baby. The roof terrace so inviting and a real sun trap. Peaceful, welcoming and homely. I could not fault this property. Very highly recommended. I guarantee if you book casa zorro you will not be disappointed . Hogar dulce Hogar! Home sweet home! I cannot wait to return . Thankyou x

Reservations can be secured by payment of a 20% deposit, the final balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival. There will also be a security deposit of 200 € payable when you receive the keys to house & returned at the end of your holiday, subject to no damage.
