Local Area

San Juan de los Terreros is a small town with bars, restaurant, supermarkets, small shops & a market on Sunday mornings. It also has some of the best 'family friendly' beaches in the area.

The large town of Águilas is nearby with its plaza,  harbour, shopping centre & other facilities. Also the town square is an ideal place to relax & enjoy a drink and tapas.

The Aguilon Golf course, which was opened in 2008, is only 8km from the house. In addition there are several other golf courses within one hour drive of the house. If you require more information, please ask.

The house & resort offer a base for your holiday close to golden sandy beaches, bars & restaurants or if you wish to venture further, the towns of Águilas, Vera, Garrucha & Mojácar are within easy reach.

Getting Here

We recommend you have a car available during your holiday as the local transport buses only run 4 times per day.

If you do not wish to drive we can arrange transport, please ask.

Towels and bed linen are not included in the price.   They are available to hire at 20 € per person or you can supply your own. If you wish to hire baby equipment, for example a travel cot or a high chair, this can be hired at 3,5 € per item, per night.

Everything was great!

Todo bien, 8dias en una casa en la que no echamos nada en falta. Dominic es puntual, atento y muy agradable. Sin problemas en la estancia ni en el pago. La piscina ideal para ir con niños. La zona estupenda para gozar de tranquilidad, al menos en junio, y las playas estupendas! Próximo junio volvemos :-)

Home from home - third visit.

Spent another week at 'Ty Bach' townhouse at the beginning of October 2014 - weather delightful, in the high 20's. The accommodation is within a ten minute walk to the village centre and beach. The facilities at the property allows the occupier to travel light as there is everything that you need available - fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Enjoyed relaxing having our meals on the patio in the warmth of the sun and catching the last rays of evening sunshine on the roof terrace. It is a good base to explore the surrounding areas however, you will require a car for the duration of you stay. This would be collected at the airport on arrival. We enjoyed our visit to the Market at Garrucha and the panoramic views in the mountains of Mojacar. San Juan village gives a flavour of the 'real Spain' with a good selection of quality restaurants available to such most pockets and tastes. There are a couple of beaches in the vicinity which during our stay were quiet. We would certainly visit this property again in the near future. We have stayed at this house on our own and with friends. This works equally well, as there are 2 bathroom/shower rooms at the property.



Enquiries

Reservations can be secured by payment of a 20% deposit, the final balance being payable 5 weeks before arrival. There will also be a security deposit of 200 € payable when you receive the keys to house & returned at the end of your holiday, subject to no damage.
