Our comfortable en spacious apartment is situated on the first and second (upper) floor. It has 4 terraces on 3 sides. The terrace with the entrance to the apartment can be reached using the outside staircase.

The apartment is located not far from the entrances and the car parking of the complex. The parking space that belongs to our apartment (50 meter distance) can be rented as an option. In the high season, especially from May till September, there is limited parking outside the complex.

On the terrace there are fixed corner seats (pillows available) and a fixed tiled table. The sun shines, and shines often, from just after after 11 in the morning until sunset. The entrance to the living room, including dining area, is via patio-doors from the terrace.

The apartment is comfortably furnished. Definitely not like a simple holiday home. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens. ADSL-internet connection and telephone are available. In the living room, besides the eating corner, there are two leather armchairs and a sofa, a Home Cinema System with DVD/CD player and radio receiver (satellite) and satellite TV (British channels from the Sky satellite and Dutch and German channels from the Astra Satellite). Together with an air-conditioning unit for both warming and cooling, an Electrical fireplace and a Butane gas heater are available for colder moments.

The fully equipped kitchen is opposite the living room. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kitchen utensils and so on. Cooking is by means of a ceramic hob cooker.

Through the passage on the left hand side you reach the smaller of the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. There are 2 bunk beds, a couch and a wardrobe. Opposite the bedroom is the bathroom, which contains a bath, shower and WC.

The passage ends in the large bedroom. Here you find a wardrobe and also an air-conditioning unit. A patio-door opens on to the terrace (18m²) at the rear of the apartment. The terrace catches the late afternoon sun and, in spring and autumn, offers shelter from the sea breezes.

Access to the second floor bedroom (also with an air-conditioning unit) is gained from the stairs in the living room. Straight on from the top of the stairs you come to the door of the second bathroom on your right. The bathroom contains a large circular bath, basin and another WC.

The second terrace at the rear of the apartment can be accessed from the patio-door in the bathroom. At the top of the stairs, to the right, is the door to the terrace (14 m²) at the front of the apartment. This terrace faces on the south and sheltered on three sides, is ideal in spring, autumn and winter. There is a small view of the sea. Sun beds are available, so you can enjoy the sun.

The cubical formed apartments are ingeniously designed for maximum comfort and privacy. Gates, operated by magnetic key, allow entry to pedestrians, and for cars, to the covered car-parking spaces (acces by sliding doors). The complex is well maintained and there are lots of palm trees, rich-flowering bougainvilleae, and other varieties of scented shrub.

Through the complex the swimming pool is only one minute's walk away, and in just two minutes' walk you can be on the (public naturist) beach. Vera Natura has a beautiful and large swimming pool, a jaccuzi, and a pool for children. The pools are surrounded by spacious lawns with free use of sunbeds. You can also enjoy the sun on the adjoining sandy public naturist beach. For the colder times of the year there is an indoor heated swimming pool.
