Building above two storeys is not allowed by the local council (Pulpí) so your view to the sea & the wonderful mountains that form a backdrop to the village is not cluttered by garish apartment blocks or hotels.

Please Note - There is a coin operated electricity meter in the property which will be pre-loaded with sufficient credit for normal consumption. If this credit is exceeded further credit can be obtained using €1 or €2 coins.

Beaches

The main beach in San Juan is long, sandy and safe, with a palm tree lined boulevard paralleling its course to the other end of town, there are several bars & restaurants on the way if you fancy a drink or something to eat.

Golf Courses

If golf is your thing, you will be spoilt for choice, about 3 miles from San Juan is the world class Aguilon Golf Club also a brand new course is due to open actually in San Juan. A short drive will also avail you of incredible courses like 'Desert Springs Golf Club and those surrounding La Manga.
