The villa was completed in May 2004 and comprises a roof terrace upstairs and patio leading out from the lounge downstairs where there are breathtaking views down the mountains to the sea.

There is one double and one twin bedroom both en-suite and air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms.

Set in the Sierra Cabrera mountain range the village of Cabrera is the ideal location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The villa is reached by a tarmac mountain road flanked by olive trees. The views are spectacular and if you're lucky you might see a family of wild boar out for their morning walk. Bird watchers will be enthralled by the Black Redstarts, Bee-eaters and Great Grey Shrikes, and that's just from the car.

You can enjoy tennis, bowls, walking, horse-riding and golf which are less than 10 minutes away and a large shared pool which is less than 30 metres away where you can stretch out and enjoy the wonderful Spanish sun in an area that boasts the most sun and least amount of rain in Spain.

There are two highly acclaimed restaurants on the mountain, one of which is set in the walls of a Moorish castle and also Fatimas tapas bar where the residents tend to meet up for morning coffee.

At the foot of the mountain is the town of Turre, which is typically Spanish with markets, tapas bars, numerous restaurants and a well stocked supermarket.

A further 5 kilometres on is the town of Mojácar, where the beautiful beaches are opposite bars, restaurants and shops.

The Spaghetti Western attractions of mini-Hollywood, the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve and colourful Andalucian towns selling pottery crafts are all nearby. The provincial capital Granada and the architectural splendour of the Alhambra Palace is around 2 hours drive away.
