Finca Arboleda is situated 5 minutes drive from Vera near Mojacar in Almería Spain.

The property is set in 5000 sq metres, about 1.25 acres in the countryside just outside Vera.

The Orange Grove apartment is decorated in a charming traditional Spanish style.

The half tiled single story apartment is approximately 45 square metres and has one large double bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers

The bathroom has a small bath with a power shower over it, WC, a hand basin and hairdryer.

We fitted a new kitchen in 2006 and it is equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, cool box and also access to a washing machine.

The living area has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table that seats four. It is equipped with English satellite TV, CD player, radio and a WiFi connection is also available.

All rooms have ceiling fans and for the chilly winter nights there is a wood burner and central heating. The windows have blinds and mosquito nets.

You have a lovely view of the swimming pool through the false pepper tree and orange trees.

Outside you have a patio area with table, chairs and a barbeque.

The beautiful private 10 x 5 metre Pebbletec swimming pool is shared by the Villa, Apartment and the owners. It has a salt purifying system so the chlorine is hardly noticeable and the salt content is only the same as a human tear.

The garden is set on three levels, our house, the apartment and the pool are on the top level, the middle level is planted with Olive trees and the villa is on the lower level with more trees.

Overall the garden is planted with over 100 mature trees including 52 Olive trees from which we press our own organic extra virgin oil and offer for sale. There are 25 citrus trees with Oranges, Mandarins, Satsumas and Lemons. We also have Apricots, Figs, Pomegranates, Mulberry, Plums, Pears, Apples and Vines whose fruit you are welcome to enjoy.
