This luxury villa is in the resort and fishing town of Garrucha with its excellent beaches and numerous bars and restaurants. It is situated on the gated Las Buganvillas complex and has well maintained communal gardens with two quiet pool areas.

The beach is five minutes stroll away past the Country Club with its manicured trees and gardens. There are a selection of restaurants and bars at the beach while behind the complex there are more restaurants and bars along with shops, banks and small supermarkets.

In the evenings you may promenade along the beach to Garrucha itself and enjoy the entertainment there, including the excellent restaurants which specialise in seafood.

Garrucha itself is an old port and fishing village and retains these historic Spanish qualities including an active fish market.

Five miles further down the beach is the major resort of Mojácar Playa with its active night life of restaurants and discos and the picturesque hilltop old town of Mojácar itself.

There are four golf courses within twenty minutes drive and the area boasts many historic sites, an aqua park, all water sports, and unspoilt natural parks and mountainous areas which are snow capped in the winter for those who enjoy unspoilt countryside.
