This luxurious villa built in 2003, has hot and cold air-conditioning and it is furnished to a high standard.

The bright and airy living/dining room contains 3 comfortable leather sofas, Satellite TV, DVD and CD player + surround sound, video player. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs, which are same style as used in the film Pretty Woman. The room has a wonderful view of the front garden with mountain views, and patio doors leading on to a covered terrace - great for indoor/outdoor dining.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a fitted oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle and a washing machine.

There are three double bedrooms each with en-suite, fully tiled, 1 with bath and shower over, 2 with walk in shower, toilet and 2 with bidet, 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the other a stand alone wardrobe in addition they have bedside cabinets. Two bedrooms also have doors leading the patio area.

There is a separate WC cloakroom in the hall.

This is all contained on one floor with tiled floors though out.

Sleeping - The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total 2 double, 1 twin and one cot all of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 6 people and baby or small child. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

A private pool is suitable for children under supervision. It has steps with hand rail and seating at one side, the pool has nonslip finish which is used in many hotels today, the ideal for a long relaxing vacation.

Our villa is located in a small cluster overlooking Desert Springs golf course. Only 10 mins drive from the old Moorish town of Mojácar and two and a half hours drive from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. And with Almería International Airport about 35-40 minute drive away.
