No 7 Puerto Marina is a one double bedroomed Apartment with stunning views across the Mediterranean to all rooms.

The Apartment was completed in February 2004. Though it is on the top floor (4th), there is direct access to the Apartment from the street behind through a locked door so you do not need to access via the steps unless you really want to!

The Apartment can have a maximum of two adults and two children or three adults (the second bed being a double sofa bed).

It has a washing machine, full size oven and hob, microwave, full size fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, etc.

It has a 30 foot terrace which can be accessed through patio doors in both the lounge and the bedroom, with sunbeds and dining furniture.

It is fully air-conditioned with units in both lounge and bedroom and also ceiling fans. These units provide heating in winter months.

There are four swimming pools, the nearest just behind the apartment.

The outside terrace is partially covered to provide shade on the hottest days.

There is Sky television with BBC television and radio channels as well as lots of other freeview channels. There are Spanish channels available if required.

This is a quite complex with parking even in high season not usually being a problem, it is also possible at certain times of the day to have the pool completely to yourself.

A few minutes walk is the Puerto Marina Hotel which has a very well stocked supermarket with fresh bread, milk and vegetables delivered daily in season along with English/Irish newspapers. The hotel has daily evening entertainment for both children and adults in season, along with internet access, pool tables and air hockey.

The beach is a ten minute walk or 2 minutes by car, it is a blue flag beach and remains uncrowded through the season.

There is a restaurant in the Puerto Marina which you can use, or Cafe Latino which opens April to October is directly opposite the hotel entrance.

The main strip with all the associated shops, bars and restaurants is a ten minute walk or two minutes by car. There is a car rental firm also on site.
