The complex has security controlled access. There is car parking at the front and rear of the complex.

Cot hire can be arranged, and a welcome food pack can be pre-ordered for guests arriving late, both payable locally.

There is an outside covered terrace, leading through a gate onto the pool area and sun terrace. There are additional sun terraces around the roof area with sea views.
