The apartment is located in the small but beautiful coastal town of San Juan de Los Terreros. This accommodation is set in a very quiet and relaxing location but only 15 minutes walk from the blue flag beaches and superb restaurants.
The apartment is newly finished and commands an elevated position overlooking the whole of San Juan. You have true panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
The large pool and childrens pool are open April - September and there is a large sunbathing area adjacent to the pools.
Set within a secure boundary the apartment has an entry phone system.
Excellent location for golf courses: newly opened Aguilon Golf only minutes away, Desert Springs, Valle del Este, Marina and Cortijo Grande.
The main bedroom has a double bed and large built in wardrobes. Patio doors lead to a small patio area.
A second bedroom is equipped with two single full size beds and built in wardrobes.
Between the two is the family bathroom with bath / shower, WC and vanity unit.
For your peace of mind there is also a safe for the use of guests which is programmable with your own access code
