The property has a solarium, 2 balconies and comes complete and ready for short or long term rental.
There is also a communal pool which is open from mid-June to mid-September

The Property
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 in one double and 4 single beds.
There is 95m² living area, 125m² terrace area and is suitable for the elderly
No smoking is allowed inside the property
Facilities
Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.
For your outdoor leisure there is a terrace with terrace furniture, two balconies, a patio, solarium, sunbeds, parking and communal pool.
Inside the house you will find a CD player, DVD player, radio, tv, air conditioning (in lounge and main bedroom), heating, iron and ironing board.
The fully equiped kitchen is complete with freezer, fridge, washing machine, grill, hob, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster.
There are restaurants, pubs, cafés, internet café, supermarkets all within a few hundred metres.
Travelling
There are two airports about one hours drive from San Juan - Almería and Murcia. Both airports are small & friendly with a small restaurant and shop. Car hire companies are within a short walk from the arrival lounge.
Care Hire
We recommend you hire a car for use during your holiday in San Juan. This will enable you to travel from & return to airport. In addition you will be able to visit several places of interest, sightseeing, markets etc.

Long term rentals may also be considered.
The prices below are based on five people sharing and are fully inclusive of water, electricity, gas, bed-linen, towels (except beach towels) and departure cleaning. There is an extra £40.00 per week each for a 6th person sharing.
