Situated 15 min drive outside the traditional village of Arboleas, easily accesible from Almería airport - just 1hr 15 mins.

Arboleas has a busy Saturday market and a butcher, baker, hairdresser, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. The town of Albox is a 20 min drive.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool. There is also a south facing garden and patio area with panoramic and interesting views. A barbeque is also in this area.

If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Accomodation briefly comprises:-

Lounge with open fireplace, patio doors leading onto rear terrace, pool and rear garden. A lovely sunny aspect all day!

Dining area (to accomodate 6) leads via the front door onto covered front terrace and garden with dining table and chairs.

Kitchen with rear door leading to front terrace and garden, table and chairs, bbq and wall lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric pan, full set of cook/oven ware, utensils etc. All you will need for either a holiday or long term stay.

Spacious master bedroom with queen sized bed, cabinets, lamps, large chest of drawers, mirrors and large built in wardrobes. It is tastefully furnished and co-ordinated and has the added benefit of a fully tiled en-suite with shower over bath, and electric towel rail.

2nd bedroom, overlooking rear garden and pool - double bed, wardrobe, drawers and cabinets. A large room with plenty of space for travel cot/extra bed.

3rd bedroom has matching twin beds and wardrobe and overlooks the front garden.
