San Juan has many small beautiful beaches, the nearest of which is a 10 minute walk from the house. In addition, there are several beaches and secluded coves within a short drive from San Juan.

Of course there are many people around if you want to find them, mix with the locals as they take their evening walks and enjoy tapas and relax in the bars.

San Juan de Los Terreros has lots of eating places and bars, spend the days and evenings as you choose.

There are supermarkets locally offering very reasonably priced fresh fish and food supplies for alfresco dining. You do not have to go very far from home for anything, unless you want to....

For those wanting a more energetic stay there is the golf course and just under 10 minutes' drive away, an oasis of shopping malls, cinemas and other beaches.

The Property

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 in one double and 4 single beds.

There is 95m² living area, 125m² terrace area and is suitable for the elderly

No smoking is allowed inside the property

Facilities

Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.

For you outdoor leisure there is a terrace with terrace furniture, two balconies, a patio, sunroof, sunbeds, parking, private parking and communal pool.

Inside the house you will find a CD player, DVD player, radio, tv, air conditioning, heating, iron and ironing board.

The fully equiped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine in the rear utility area.

There are restaurants, pubs, cafés, internet café, supermarkets all within a few hundred metres.

Travelling

There are two airports within one hours drive of San Juan which are Almería and Murcia. Both airports are small & friendly with a small restaurant and shop. Car hire companies are within a short walk from the arrival lounge.

Almería airport is South of San Juan and flights can be obtained from the following airlines:-

Care Hire

We recommend you hire a car for use during your holiday in San Juan. This will enable you to travel from & return to airport. In addition you will be able to visit several places of interest, sightseeing, markets etc. We have used the following car hire companies:-

You can arrange your own flights and car hire. However, this is something we can arrange on your behalf if you wish. If you prefer we can also arrange airport transfers.

Booking Conditions

We require a deposit of £100, plus a security key deposit of £50 which will be refunded after inspection of the property and all keys have been returned.

The remaining balance should be paid in full 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO TRAVEL. Changeover day is flexible.
