There is also a large terrace area to the front and side of the house with off-street parking area.


Lounge / Dining Area

A marble and wrought iron staircase lead to the first floor landing from which there is access to a large double bedroom with king-size bed, buit-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and storage unit. An air-conditioning / heating unit is installed in this bedroom.

A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinet. This bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning / heating.

Between the two is the family bathroom with bath / shower, WC, bidet and vanity unit.

Also accessed from the first floor landing is a rear balcony overlooking the garden area. Seating is provided on this balcony also.


Lounge

A further marble and wrought iron staircase leads up to the solarium with fine 360 degree views towards sea and mountains. Here you will find seating, a parasol and a hamock for your comfort. For your convenience there is also a drinks cooler on the solarium.


The comunal pool area has a seperate children's pool and plenty of space to relax and the gardens are great for a gentle stroll

Across from the property is a small children's play area and a pathway leading down to the centre of San Juan and the beaches.

The property is situated in a private road with barrier controlled access. Plenty of car parking space is available both on and off road.
