Advertise your property on this website with unlimited description and photographs.

The webpage will be set up completely free of charge.

There will be an interactive availability calendar for your property, which will be kept up to date automatically, as prospective guests will be able to reserve and book the property on line. You and your client will be informed immediately of each booking received and tools will be available to monitor the booking levels by property.

We will handle all enquiries and queries on your behalf.

We will make a charge of €10 for each booking taken.

The monies for deposits and balances can be paid directly into your own PayPal account or, alternatively, we can collect these amounts on your behalf and, after deducting the booking fee, forward them on to yourself at agreed intervals.

Assistance will be given with setting up a PayPal account if needed.

We will hold sets of keys to your property and make them available to you, your clients or tradesmen whenever necessary and authorised by you. We will visit your property at regular intervals whilst it is unoccupied to check security etc. The frequency of these visits will be determined by yourself - includes e-mail report after visit.

You will be charged €20 for each visit to the property.

We will thoroughly clean the property following a period of occupation and wash and iron bedlinen. Three sets of bed linen must be provided. This part of the service will be charged between €40 to €70 depending on the property size, occupancy etc. A firm quotation will be given after seeing the property.

We will bill you at agreed intervals and payment can then be made by one of several convenient methods.

Please remember, however, that we will only accept properties within our area

i.e. the Northern Almería area of Spain - bounded roughly by San Juan de los Terreros in the north, Carboneras in the south and approximately 50km inland
