There will be an availability calendar for your property which can be kept up to date by yourself and an enquiry form where prospective guests can e-mail their enquiry direct to you.
We will hold sets of keys to your property and make them available to you, your clients or tradesmen whenever necessary and authorised by you. We will visit your property at regular intervals whilst it is unoccupied to check security etc. The frequency of these visits will be determined by yourself - includes e-mail report after visit.
You will be charged €20 for each visit to the property.
We will thoroughly clean the property following a period of occupation and wash and iron bedlinen. Three sets of bed linen must be provided. This part of the service will be charged between €40 to €70 depending on the property size, occupancy etc. A firm quotation will be given after seeing the property.
We will bill you at agreed intervals and payment can then be made by debit or credit card.
Please remember, however, that we will only accept properties within our area
i.e. the Northern Almería area of Spain - bounded roughly by San Juan de los Terreros in the north, Carboneras in the south and approximately 50km inland
