There will be an availability calendar for your property which can be kept up to date by yourself and an enquiry form where prospective guests can e-mail their enquiry direct to you.
You will be charged €2 for each enquiry received, up to a maximum of 50 enquiries per year, after which further enquiries will be free of charge.
We will filter out spam or bogus enquiries so that you will not be charged for any malicious use, neither will you be charged for multiple enquiries from the same source. We will bill you at agreed intervals and payment can then be made by debit or credit card.
Please remember, however, that we will only accept properties within our area
i.e. the Northern Almería area of Spain - bounded roughly by San Juan de los Terreros in the north, Carboneras in the south and approximately 50km inland
