I have my own website for my property, can I still advertise on your website?

Yes of course, and it won't cost you a cent. Just let us know the address of your website and we will extract details and photographs from that site to populate your property page on our website. We will then provide a link on that page to your own website.

Will my property be advertised on any other websites?

Depending on the service you require from us we can include your property on some of our partners websites at no extra charge.

About Charges

Do you charge commission when my property is booked?

No. But, if you choose to have us handle your bookings then (depending on the service you choose) there may be a small administration fee as detailed on the package pages.

Do you have a list of prices?

Yes. Click to see our pricelist, but, please bear in mind that we are very flexible and the services can be tailored to your exact requirements.

About the booking Service

Can I reserve dates for personal use?

Yes. You have access to the availability calendar for your properties. You can reserve or free up dates for use by yourself or family or friends at any time.

About Property Management

Do you provide Key Holding services?

Yes. We will securely hold sets of keys for your property and make them available to yourself, guests or tradesmen as you direct.

Do you carry out security checks whilst the property is unoccupied?

Yes. If required we will inspect your property at intervals decided by yourself and report any findings back to you.

Do you clean the property before and after occupation?

Yes. We will, if required, clean your property after occupation and make sure everything is in order before a period of occupation.

Do you provide a laundry service?

Yes. We will, if required, wash and iron your bedlinen after occupation and make sure that everything is supplied clean and fresh for the next guest.
